Reeve Pheasant Feathers and Plumage
The Reeve Pheasant is mainly indigenous to the Asian region, where it inhabits the zones near forests, fields with woody plants and water courses. This kind of pheasant is one of the largest living pheasant species. The feathers all come from the more splendid male, as his plumage shows the wonderful ochre-brown-black pattern in the tail feathers.
The bird has been on the CITES Appendix B list since 29.12.2019 and is therefore protected worldwide. We only sell our old stocks, because a re-purchase of these feathers is no longer economical due to the restrictions.
